Due to the unique, vintage, handmade, one-of-a-kind, and limited nature of many of our items, Lost Girls Mercantile does not accept returns or exchanges and does not issue refunds.

Please inspect your purchase carefully before leaving the store. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept the item in its current condition.

Vintage, antique, handmade, repurposed, and artist-made items may show variations, imperfections, wear, or signs of age. These characteristics are not considered defects.

If an item is found to have a previously undisclosed defect at the time of purchase, please contact us promptly. Any remedy will be determined by Lost Girls Mercantile in accordance with applicable law.
